          Frustrating experience

          I had to place two orders because the stock is not properly updated and the first time was out of stock and was informed days after it was supposed to he relieve red. I al still waiting on my second order because the customer service is poorly handled and no one has replied to my emails so far about my missing shipment.

          You know when you see something online that's so cool, but it's only a one off so you know you'll never get it. This earring has that same unattainable cool factor, but I literally have it. It's weighted and I have really sensitive ears, BUT it doesn't bother me.

          I love how it comes with a hoop so you can style this two ways. I took the hoop off mine and attached this to my helix piercing and I’ve gotten SO MANY compliments! It’s very sturdy and strong so I had a little bit of difficulty getting it in (had to push the clasp outwards a little more), but I love knowing that it’s a strong and sturdy piece. Never taking it off!!
