EXCHANGE POLICY

At RARE-ROMANCE™ we want all our customers to be pleased with their order. Of course, we understand this can’t always be the case for everybody. That is why we offer a 30 days exchange policy.

Please log into our EXCHANGE PORTAL and follow the instructions.

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the items arriving. Please note, all items must be unworn with packaging attached in order to receive an exchange.

We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.

What items can I exchange:

Items must be unworn (apart from trying on). All packaging must be included in the return. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
