Why would a company send a review email before the product is even received? Someone needs to monitor delivery because these premature emails could make someone give you a bad survey. I’m sure I’m gonna live for it though.

beautiful, high quality, & sturdy! my only negative point is that it’s very difficult to clip the clasp onto the bulky chain. the clasp just seems a touch too small for the chain. everything else is perfect!

Looks sick af. Fits snugly against the lobe, so the "hey that's a lock going through your ear" effect is perfect. May be too tight on someone with thick ear lobes. Not too heavy for sensitive ears, although I will have to work my way up to wearing it all day. The clicker/clasp is very strong on mine and I have no concerns about it coming undone.
I’m not a hat person because I feel so uncomfortable wearing them. But this hat is nice and soft, the denim isn’t stiff and the embroidery is well done. Fast shipping too!

I had to place two orders because the stock is not properly updated and the first time was out of stock and was informed days after it was supposed to he relieve red. I al still waiting on my second order because the customer service is poorly handled and no one has replied to my emails so far about my missing shipment.
Love the look and feel of the earring. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism is pretty weak so it is easy to pull the hoop earring open with very little force. Fortunately because of the design it stays on even when the back is open, but it does make me nervous I will lose this at a party some day.

I reached out and never got a response from the team. I bought items on Black Friday. The next day they had a sale with the same items almost half of what I bought it for the day before. Love the Jewlery but that crappy sale they pulled plus the lack of response made me unsure if I want to order again.
