          Customer service was excellent, product was horrible

          The earrings were non-functional. It was impossible to wear them because the clasp didn't work. The item wasn't damaged it just was not well made. I had doubts about getting my money back. Grace from customer service was absolutely spectacular so. She was so sweet replied right away and went out of her way to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend this store simply because of the wonderful customer service I received.

          I love how it comes with a hoop so you can style this two ways. I took the hoop off mine and attached this to my helix piercing and I’ve gotten SO MANY compliments! It’s very sturdy and strong so I had a little bit of difficulty getting it in (had to push the clasp outwards a little more), but I love knowing that it’s a strong and sturdy piece. Never taking it off!!
