YES! 

We are currently shipping both domestic and international orders. If we are unable
to ship to your geography, we’ll let you know before the order ships to see if we can find a solution.
 

If we are unable to ship, we’ll update you via email and all orders/items on orders will be held until we’re able to ship them out to you or you will get a full refund if requested.   

Usually it would take about 1-3 working days for domestic orders and 7-9 days for international orders. We’re working closely with our teams, global mail carriers and our suppliers to maintain their safety while fulfilling your orders. There may be some delays that are outside of our control. Currently, some standard service international orders are experiencing delays and all carriers/services we use have confirmed orders are still being delivered.

The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments globally, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website used for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info.

Strictly examining this question from a personal safety perspective, people aren’t putting themselves in danger by ordering jewelry and accepting packages.

Still, the extra-careful might consider washing their hands after handling the package, or even sanitizing it before tearing it open. (Even if you’re not receiving Rare-Romance: wash your hands!)  

Yes, if your item is eligible for return. You can contact us and we will provide a shipping label. Once your package arrives at our facility it will be placed in a safe room for 3 days before we open it. This means it might take a few days longer before we can refund your money.
