Our pieces come with a lifetime warranty. Please use our contact form or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim. Please include a photo or video showing the issue with your item, your order number and your current shipping address. We will review the submission against our warranty policy and respond back with a possible resolution if applicable.

If you think you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, please email us at email@example.com immediately. We’ll try our best to fix the error before our warehouse fulfils the order!
If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address, the package will likely be returned to us. We are more than happy to send it to the correct address if you cover the cost of additional shipping once we receive the package back. (You'll be able to track this with your tracking number.) If you think your package has been returned to us and would like a refund or replacement, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, you can! We currently offer a 30 days exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins once an order has arrived.

What items can I return:
- Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Items must be unworn. All tags, clips, and packaging must be included in the mailing bag. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible and will be returned to the customer.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. Once your refund has been processed on our end, an email confirmation will be sent.
We ship Monday through Friday, accepting new orders for same-day delivery until 3pm EST. Unfortunately, delivery speed also depends on the efficiency of your postal carrier. Usually it would take about 2-4 working days for domestic orders and 7-9 days for international orders.
The tracking information in your shipment confirmation will have the most up to date information. Since we use many different carriers for our shipments globally, we recommend also checking the carrier’s website used for your shipment and keeping an eye on local announcements for the most up to date info.
We highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect your order against being stolen, lost, or damaged. Insurance can be purchased starting from $0.98 at checkout.
LOST IN TRANSIT
- Domestic: File a claim 7-30 days from the last available tracking update.
- International: File a claim 20-30 days from the last available tracking update
If You Receive Goods Damaged in Transit: Provide Route with photos of the damaged products upon arrival
File a claim 5-15 days from when the package was marked delivered. Orders over $100 will require you to file a police report, but Route makes the process easy.
