SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

We ship Monday through Friday, accepting new orders for same-day delivery until noon EST. The delivery speed also depends on the efficiency of your postal carrier. We use USPS, FEDEX, or other shipping carriers for domestic orders (USA) & DHL or other carriers for international orders (WORLDWIDE).

National orders usually arrive about 2-4 business days after they leave our fulfilment center. We provide tracking for all orders. If you include your email when you place an order, we’ll automatically send you an update as soon as tracking becomes available. Once a package is handed off to a postal service, the delivery is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier, including holidays & inclement weather.

International orders usually arrive about 1-2 weeks after they leave our fulfilment center, but in some cases delivery can take up to 30 days. Depending on where your package is being delivered, you may be required to pay taxes on your purchase. Please see our About Customs Fees section for more information. We are not responsible for shipments that are confiscated by customs. We recommend researching your country’s customs policies before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incomplete customs fees. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender because they are not claimed. We highly recommend that international customers include their phone number at checkout so your postal service and customs office can reach you easily. We will never give this information to anyone else.

Please follow the instructions on the website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products and services. After receiving an order, we will send you an e-mail or via text (local phone carrier rates may apply) acknowledging that we have received your order ("order confirmation").

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order, or any portion thereof in our discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Important note on limited releases, pre-orders and sales:

Some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other information. Other items are pre-order, which means they will ship within a specified time frame after the order is placed. All limited releases, on sale items and pre-order items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations for these items.
