One of the earrings didn’t come with the piece that goes into the actual earring hole and they never responded to my email about replacing it.
They don’t sit right on my ears. They are not even.
To be honest my earring is crooked and it’s much larger than I imagined. The metal spiked loop isn’t straight around the middle, it’s very slanted, unlike the image. I am kinda disappointed. It took a long time too. This is my third purchase from you guys and I love the others, this one not as much.
