At RARE-ROMANCE™ we want all our customers to be pleased with their order. Of course, we understand this can’t always be the case for everybody. That is why we offer a 30 days return policy.
I. Return policy
How do I request a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team through this email address: email@example.com. Please include your order number and the reason you are requesting a refund. We will send you a personal return label so you can return the goods.
We currently offer a 30 days exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins once an order has arrived.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.
Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 30 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.
What items can I return:
- Items must be unwashed and unworn (apart from trying on). All tags, clips, and packaging must be included in the mailing bag. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible and will be returned to the customer.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
II. Refund policy
We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at our warehouse.
Please be aware this can take up to 36 hours after your order has arrived. You will be notified once a refund has been processed. We are unable to refund purchases to an alternative payment method other than the one originally used to purchase the items.
We do not refund shipping costs.
III. Exchange policy
You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the items arriving. Please note, all items must be unworn with packaging attached in order to receive an exchange.
We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.

Please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org stating you would like an exchange. Please include your full name and order number in the email. Include the new items you would like to exchange your order for.
